Mental Toughness

2. Commitment

Dedication to your goals and the willingness to persist despite obstacles. This includes setting meaningful goals and following through on them.

3. Challenge

Viewing difficulties as opportunities for growth rather than threats. Mentally tough people embrace discomfort as a path to improvement.

4. Confidence

Belief in your abilities and your capacity to succeed. This comes from preparation, past successes, and positive self-talk.
