Daily Requirements

Each day of the 75 Soft Challenge, you complete four simple tasks:

  • **45-Minute Workout** - Any form of physical activity for at least 45 minutes. This can include walking, yoga, weight training, swimming, or any exercise you enjoy.
  • **Eat a Healthy Diet** - Follow a balanced, nutritious eating plan. Unlike 75 Hard, occasional treats are allowed, making it more sustainable long-term.
  • **Drink 3 Liters of Water** - Stay hydrated by drinking approximately 3 liters (about 100 oz) of water throughout the day.
  • **Read 10 Pages** - Read at least 10 pages of a non-fiction or self-improvement book to nurture your mind.

Key Differences from 75 Hard

The 75 Soft Challenge is often called the "gentler alternative" because:

  • One workout per day (vs. two in 75 Hard)
  • Alcohol is allowed in moderation on social occasions
  • Active recovery days are permitted
  • No progress photos required
